  • How do Free minutes work?

Free minutes will be counted on per minute pulse and is not dependent on the package pulse. Which means If subscriber on 'TalkShawk har second' makes 1 second call it will be counted as 1 complete free minute. Also if subscriber on 'TalkShawk 30 second' makes 20 second call it will be counted as 1 free minute.


  • What happens if I subscribe to SMS bundling option?

The SMS' purchased will be added to the already FREE SMS' provided


  • What happens if I subscribe to Voice bundling option?

The Minutes purchased will be added to the already FREE Minutes' provided

Yes


  • Can we migrate to other packages?

When a subscriber migrates to any new package his/her free minutes, SMS and Internet will be confiscated.


  • What is the process of getting a SIM replacement?

If the qualifying customers have lost/damaged their SIM they can get a replacement SIM free of cost (Only once) from any Telenor Sales and Service Centre or Franchise during the duration of this campaign.
